Terms and Conditions: Please read carefully and confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions and cancellation fees as shown below Education days will be set up and run by the Celtic Harmony team, however school staff are expected to provide supervision, support and remain responsible for discipline of the group at all times. A ratio of 1 adult: 5 children is required, due to the ‘hands-on’ nature of work with natural materials. If this ratio is not respected Celtic Harmony does not assume responsibility. All possible safety regulations are adhered to during a day at Celtic Harmony Camp, and risk assessments prepared for all activities. Activities run from 10am - 2.30/3.00pm. A minimum of 20 children is required per group. Please note that there may be another school group visiting the camp on the same day. Students are required to bring the following for the day's activities: Wellingtons / sturdy boots, play clothes, waterproof and a hat (sunhat, sun cream in summer), packed lunch and drinks (not fizzy). Schools will be invoiced for the number of children booked, although additional children may be brought by arrangement. Payment must be received prior to the visit, and any additional children can be paid for separately.
Cancellation fees: Cancellation must be made by letter or fax, and will be acknowledged and confirmed by Celtic Harmony. * More than 6 term-time weeks before trip date, £30 administration fee per group will be payable. * More than 2 term-time weeks and less than 6 prior to the visit date a cancellation fee of £200 per class/ group per day will be payable. * Less than 2 term-time weeks prior to the visit date full fee payable at £20 per child. Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing. I agree to the terms and conditions shown above
