Conservation Volunteers
Interested in volunteering outdoors in a beautiful woodland setting?
Enjoy learning traditional craft & conservation skills, meeting new people and spending time outdoors in the relaxing, friendly environment of Celtic Harmony Camp, a Celtic village and heritage education centre.
Conservation volunteer days on Monday and Thursday from 10-4pm and take part in:
- Woodland management
- Ancient woodland crafts
- Tending to the animals
- Improving the Iron Age buildings and other facilities
- Looking after the herb garden and tree nursery
Take your pack lunch along we offer tea & biscuits
Celtic Harmony manages the mosaic of wildlife habitats in Bourne Wood including woodland, ponds and meadow glades to produce sustainable woodland products, such as charcoal, and at the same time to benefit wildlife.
