Step back to Celtic times as you enter the Chieftain Roundhouse, festively decorated to suit the occasion and enjoy a welcome drink with your guests. You will be called to sit at the long banqueting tables to eat by candle light around roaring fires.

You and your guests will enjoy the gastronomic delight of a traditional three course meal bursting with flavour and prepared from fresh seasonal ingredients. After a delicious starter, your succulent Hog Roast or Vegetarian Main course is served. Meat is carved by the Clan Chef before your eyes, making you feel like a Chieftain of Celtic times!

Individual desserts and other delicacies are all beautifully presented and drinks served so you can relax and enjoy your special occasion.

Menus are tailor-made to the needs and personal choice of your group.

All ingredients are locally produced and organic where possible. Food is freshly produced and drinks are fair-traded. Hog Roast is prepared in the Hog’s Head Kitchen, where it can be cooked slowly to produce a tender meat rather than on an outdoor spit. Hog Roast on a spit can be provided for a minimum number of 150 portions.
