Celtic Clan Experience for Groups

Target Audience:  Scouts, Cadets, Holiday Clubs, Home Educators

Activity Overview:

Discover life in Ancient Britain with a Celtic Clan Experience day or night at Celtic Harmony Camp!  Your group or club can enjoy a day of hands-on activities as you learn and work together to live like Celts.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Learn the art of Archery
• Explore the woods on a Quest to unravel the clues
• Craft your own Headbands
• War Paint your tribe with Celtic symbols
• Warrior Training, with a Weapons Demonstration
• Trade and Barter   
• Trading has two parts:

  Part 1: your class will swap real artefacts as they role play as Celtic characters and use numerical problem solving
  Part 2: your pupils will enjoy swapping their pocket money for Celtic gold coins to trade for the more precious produce in the shop

Fancy Adding a Roundhouse Sleepover?

You can even spend the night at the camp, either sleeping in tents or in one of our reconstructed Iron Age Roundhouses with a delicious BBQ dinner, and breakfast to enjoy.

Running on Saturdays and during half term, the day is tailor made to suit your group or club, and you’ll love this great opportunity with outdoor and team building activities that everyone can get involved in.
